LRF Purchases Golden Missile Colt

Continuing the trend to buy privately, LRF purchased a two year old Golden Missile Colt from Tom McClocklin & Weila Ye in Ocala, FL. “I had no intention of selling the colt,” said McClocklin, “The horse is doing well. However…I thought it was a great opportunity for us to partner with LRF on a classy race horse.”

Golden Missile has sired 110 winners and 15 stakes winners from his first four crops with earnings over $7,000,000.

He will be sent to the barn of Mike Puype in Southern California. Puype anticipates a Del Mar debut this summer.
