One of the most important parts of supporting Singletary “the Stallion” is to make sure his two-year-olds go to top trainers. 2009 Hall of Fame inductee Bob Baffert will train the Singletary/Jewel of the Year filly.

Baffert is a three time Kentucky Derby winner and has trained seven Eclipse Champions including Chilukki, Point Given, Real Quiet, Silverbulletday, Silver Charm, Vindication and War Emblem.

When asked to train one of the Singletary babies, Baffert responded, “That horse (Singletary) beat me so many times, of course I’ll train his daughter.”

This filly is out of the Event of the Year mare, Jewel of the Year. Jewel of the Year won three times during her sophomore campaign and earned over $150,000 on the track.
