Goodtobewild is another two-year-old filly recommended by LRF Executive Bloodstock Agent Tom McCrocklin (Egg Drop, Flattery Works, Kilograeme). McCrocklin purchased the filly in June and he’s been surprised by her rapid progression. “I really wasn’t sure how good she was until recently when she started breezing,” said McCrocklin. Goodtobewild will be sent to the California barn of top trainer Mike Puype in early September. Puype is having a career year by training the likes of GI Test winner Turbulent Descent and stakes performers Orientatious and Mizdirection. Puype is also the trainer of recent Del Mar LRF “runner-ups” Lanida and Valkyrie Missile. “I’m always thrilled to get a new LRF baby,” said Puype. “Tom (McCrocklin) does a great job of getting them prepared for the big track and I look forward to meeting her.” In a perfect world, Goodtobewild will make her debut at Hollywood Park this fall.
